Pivot Bars
Unfortunately, this sticker doesn't tell me anything about your window or what pivot bars it uses. In order to help, I'll need you to remove one of the pivot bars and show me a photo of it so that I can see its design.
I know you said yours are broken, but it would be very helpful if you had an undamaged version you can show us, perhaps from an identical window in the house. The more damaged the part is that you show us, the less likely we'll be able to find a match. Just something to keep in mind.
Thank you. This could be a few different pivot bars. I think the best place to start is our 26-226. You'll have to carefully compare the dimensions we show on its store page, especially the hole placements, to your original to confirm the best match
The 26-030 is definitely a possibility, though so is the 26-226 that I recommended before. It depends on the placement of your hole; as long as it matches one of the holes in the two pivot bars we're looking at, then you've found a match.
For these covers, can you first tell me how thick the spring is?
