I would start by looking at our 79-124 pivot, which has been used on Kawneer brand commercial doors. I believe yours is just an older version of this, which had a shorter top door pivot. Because of this difference, you will need to drill new mounting holes for the longer top door pivot on the 79-124. Let me know what you think!
