Hello! The top portion of our window dropped down with no resistance (and really surprised us!). We removed the window and it looks like the slide broke ? we suspect it is the pivot lock that needs replacing on both sides but would love your expertise! Thoughts?

Hey Robert. Yes, it looks like you need a new pivot shoe. This looks like our 15-180, which works with Series 190 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to remove and replace a similar pivot shoe and coil balance assembly. Let me know if you have further questions.
