Pivot Lock

Question

I need to purchase multiple new pivot locks for my vinyl windows. They are single hung windows manufactured by Pennco around 2001. Three pictures of a pivot lock are attached and I included a copy of a lock showing the Pennco name. Hopefully you can direct me to the appropriate part.
