Pivot Lock Shoe

Hello,
I'm looking for replacement of the pivot lock shoe. attached photos of existing shoe. The measurement is 9/16" D; 2 1/16" H and 1" W.

more information...

the shoe is for tilt single hung window. The spiral tilt balance is 5/8" dia.

the windows are about 22 years old.

I was able to remove the lock shoe and the CORRECT measurement is: 1 1/4" W; 2 1/16" H; 9/16" D. Attached are the photos.
