Pivot Lock Shoe

I'm intimidated with picking the right pivot lock shoes. Can you help?

I have metal coils that create tension. The windows are great, I just have several shoes where the plastic or the metal has snapped. Pictures attached.

One picture is of a functioning shoe and there are several pictures of the broken shoe.

I have several plastic pivot shoes that are broken in multiple windows. I just need the shoes, not the spiral tensioner. They hook to a spiral tension thing (in picture). Can you tell me which ones to buy?
