Pivot Lock Shoe Part Identifier Help Please!

I need some help in identifying which pivot lock shoe I should buy to replace the broken one in the attached picture. I'm selling my home and the buyer wants me to fix this window and this seems to be the problem. The top broke off and the balance seems intact, just sitting up top waiting to be pulled back down. Seems like an easy fix but can't find the exact lock shoe. The other pick is the one from the other side. Not a great picture but wanted to try and get the functioning one in there.
