Pivot Lock Shoe Replacement

Hello,

I need to replace a broken pivot lock shoe from a window without make or model info. I will replace both pivot lock shoes. The broken one is in image 1, it measures close to 1 inch, but could be less if it was whole. Image 2 is of a non-broken lock shoe from the same window on the opposite side, the bottom panel is not hooked to it. Image 3 is of a similar but different window in my house with the lock shoe hooked to bottom panel. The window panel measures L= 26 1/4 x W= 28 1/4.

Can you please help me figure out which lock shoe and size to order? Thank you very much.
