Pivot Lock Shoe and Weatherstrip

I am interested in possibly replacing a broken pivot lock shoe and the weather strip on a MI double hung vinyl window. The window is approximately twenty years old.

Please advise.

Hello, Jim! Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-180. Give it a look and let me know if you agree.

I'm afraid I can't ID the seal from this photo. Would it be possible to see a clear shot of the end profile? The video below will explain what I mean. Please make sure that the sample you show us is whole and undamaged, too; the more of it has broken off, the less likely we'll be able to find a match.

Thanks! Based on these dimensions, I would recommend our 58-182. The only major difference is that your bubble is 5/16" (.3125") while our bubble is only .300", but that is a very, very small difference and I don't think you'll notice it. Look it over and see what you think!
