Paul from SWISCO responded:
The pivot shoe on the left that uses Series 150 coil springs is our 15-140. The one on the right with the blue center cam is our 15-015 that uses our Series 600 tilt balances. Let us know how you make out.
A landlord from Leominster, MA says:
Thanks Paul. For the first window looks like I'll need the COIL BALANCE SHOE, 15-140 - plus the COIL BUSHING 15-143 and COIL BUSHING CAP 15-144. I want to replace everything except the coil spring. Agree? Thanks again for your help.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
If the coil spring is fine, the, yes, replace the nylon fittings. You might also need our 15-145 nylon support barrel.
