Pivot Pin for Double Hung, Tilt-In windowns

Question

I don't know the manufacturer, but very likely Canadian, as my home is a modular home, built by Royal Homes in Wingham, Ontario.  No markings or numbers of any kind on the part.  The home is only 17-years old, but several of these have either broken or have been pried out from the windows -- mostly the uppers, but some lowers as well.

Start by considering our 26-454. While it only has one horn instead of two, I think it might fit your pivot shoe just fine, so long as all the other dimensions match up. Let me know what you think.
