Pivot Pin and Keeper for Malta Double Hung Vinyl Window from 2000

Question

Can you assist is locating replacement pivot pin and its keeper for a Malta Vinyl Window from approximately 2000.  The pin is 3 inches long and 5/16" wide.  Will need at least two pins (one for left and one for right, and the shoe or keeper)

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 26-083 is similar to your old pivot bar. It measures 2-1/2" long but the length doesn't matter too much. What does matter is the hole placement; you only need one of your old holes to match up with one of ours. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

I'm afraid I can't identify the pivot shoe when it's still installed though. I would need to see a photo of it removed from the window track along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.
