Pivot Pins Needed

A landlord from Pennsylvania says:
Windows with no markings on metal under glass. Marking on one part of bottom sash's spring mechanism read "24B BS1". Marking on a sticker on the side of the sash read "14355 B08 DH72 GLASS #1: SSCLIG14 28 1/8 x 25 15/16".

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The pivot bar you need is our 26-425. Don't be concerned by the color of the vinyl, it's hidden in the sash. The balance would be our S795-24, which has a 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe. The spring weight would be "24B." Hope that helps.
