Pivot Rod and Coil Balance ID

I did a little online research, I think these are from an Anlin Coronado window. The pivot rod has a "4" on it.

This looks like our S140-15 Coil Balance System to me; look over the specifications to see if you agree. For a new pivot bar, see if the 26-405 matches up.
