This is a pivot shoe that is 5/16" deep and 15/16"wide. The shoe is broken but I am hoping you can identify a replacement based on the information I have provided

Your pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but we have used our 15-212 to replace it in the past. Look it over and see what you think.
