Hi - purchased wrong pivot shoes - the cam was not wide enough for the metal part in the window that slides into cam. Also, the shoe needs to be flat. What I bough is angled - order is in the email history. I won't return those, but need help getting the proper shoe replacement.

Hey, Tim. Looking at your photos, I think our 15-175 would have been the better choice. I recommend removing your original from the window before you order, though. That way you can compare your dimensions to those we show on the 15-175 store page and be 100% sure this part will work. Better safe than sorry.
