The shoe on one of my windows broke and I need a replacement. On the side of the shoe is inscribed PAT3055062.

Hello there!

It's hard to say what you may have here exactly. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version of this pivot shoe? And can you write out the thickness and width?

The top and bottom are .5 inches. In between the ends the columns are .25 inches

Thanks for getting back to us. After some digging, it appears your old pivot shoe was discontinued by the manufacturer. They replaced it with the 15-015 which is supposed to be made stronger. Take a look and see what you think.

Is it necessary to change the intact shoe on the opposite side?

Yes, we recommend replacing the shoe on the other side of the window as well so that each side is the same.
