15-121 or 15-046?

Hello,

I am looking to replace the spiral balances on my window (23" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance), and the pivot shoe is roughly 1/2" thick. The problem is the recommended pivot shoe from your website for me seems like is the following one:

Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick, Product Code: 15-046.

But as you can see from my uploaded picture, it seems like "Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick, Product Code: 15-121" looks more similar to the one that's one my window.

So I am a bit confused which one should I get?

Hey, Nic. You're right, our 15-121 does appear like a closer match. I would remove the pivot shoe from the jamb just to make sure your measurements are accurate.
