Pivot Shoe

Swisco,
The plastic portion of my pivot Shoe is cracked and will not turn in the shoe. So I need to replace it. It doesn't look like any on your website. I've attached a picture of the shoe along with a tag that was on the side of the window. The window uses a sprial balance.
Any help is appreciated

Hi there Charlie.

We're happy to ID your pivot shoe, but we'll need more information. Can you remove the old pivot shoe from the window track and show us photos? We will also need to know the written-out thickness and width.

i am out of town at the moment. Will remove the pivot shoe and will provide pictures and measurements when I return.
