I need a pivot shoe for my window but I dont' know the make of the window. Double Hung vinyl. House was built in 1996. Roughly te pivot show if about 5/8 deep.
The only stickers I can find on the window show:
1DHSTW 247866 (ref no) 1 (line) 1 (seq)
32-1/16 x 22-5/8 Grid 3x2
I also need bottom weatherstripping but that is also hard to replace if I can't find the make of the window.

Thanks for posting. I have listed a number of possible pivot shoes that could work as a replacement on this page. Ultimately though you will need to remove your old pivot shoe and get as precise dimensions as possible to see if any of these could work. See what you think.

Thanks , Bob. I will see if I can get the shoe out. May need the Swisco spreader. With the type of shoes you sent me , and the ones I have, how do you remove the sash? I would expect to be able to tilt out the sash, which would lock the cam, and then lift one side up. But these pivot shoes don't seem to release the pivot pin when tilted.

We generally suggest following the cutout method below. Since your pivot shoes have closed cams, the pivot bars are more difficult to release. When tilting the sash inward, you'll need to tilt the sash so that one pivot shoe is higher than the other to create enough clearance to pop out one pivot bar at a time.
