Pivot Shoe Replacement

Question

I need a pivot shoe for a CareFree Window. The label on the sash is S1000 S/H 36x53 L-E WH 99/06. The spiral balance is also broke.

Do you carry Great Lakes or PlyGem replacement parts as well?

Hello,

The manufacturer of the window, unfortunately, does not make the hardware so we would need to see the balance and pivot shoe removed from the window to recommend replacements. For the pivot shoe, start bu comparing the dimensions of our 15-178 and 15-188 to yours. As for the spiral balance, we will need to see if removed and the know the diameter and length of the tube as well as the color of the plastic tip at the end of the tube, to identify a replacement.
