The pivot shoe from my vinyl tilt window does not match any of your replacement parts. I would appreciate help on getting the appropriate equivalent. Thank you!

We'd be happy to help. I'll just need more information so that we can narrow down some replacement options. Can you write out the thickness and width of this pivot shoe? It'd also be helpful if we could see a photo of the pivot bar removed from the sash.
