Pivot Shoe Replacement for Model 1800 Patriot Windows

I looking to find the proper pivot shoe replacement for my Model 1800 Patroit Windows that were installed in Dec 1997. I The replacement pivot shoe looks similar to your 15-118. Could you possible provide the part number so I can place an order.

Thanks for contacting us, Richard! It's hard to determine for sure what pivot shoe you have without knowing its dimensions, or seeing it removed from the jamb. If at all possible, please remove the pivot shoe and then let me know its width and thickness, and I can work from there.

Richard, I have the same shoe that needs to be replaced. Did you confirm the dimensions and the appropriate replacement part?
Also, did your window have a slot to remove this shoe? Mine did not and i wound up having to cut a slot to remove the old one.
