Pivot Shoe Replacement part needed -

Hi,
Attach are the pics of the part that I need to replace on a sliding window.
The piece on the top that has broken.
I sent a pic of the other window with the piece no broken and the part from the broken window
If you could help me with finding the correct part I would really appreciate it very much

We recognize the pivot shoe as a 15-111 shoe, which uses Series 160 1/2"-wide coil springs. The cover that goes with this balance system is 15-150S. Please compare these parts to see if they will work for your repair.
