Pivot Shoe for Channel Balance

I have several broken and worn window parts, and especially need new balance shoes. I'm not sure the window manufacturer, but maybe someone could help me identify the manufacturer.

Based on its appearance, this pivot shoe might be our 15-118. The only way to know for sure though is to remove the shoe from the window and compare the dimensions; the width and thickness are particularly important. If you are uncertain how to remove and replace the shoe, see the video below.
