Balance Shoe for Pella Window Question

I ordered item# 15-194. It doesn't fit my window balance. Here are some pictures. What pivot shoe do you have that will fit my Pella window balances?

Thanks for posting! Our 15-194 T-Lock Pivot Shoe is not compatible with your balance channel. You'll need to replace the entire balance. With that said, I'll need to know the length of the channel as well as the stamp/marking on the back of it. I'll also need to see the attachment at the top of the balance.

As you requested, the length of the metal channel is 22 inches (excluding the pivot shoe and the hook.) The stamping reads 22CBS1 va. Photos are included. Let me know price and availability if you have a replacement. Thank You.

Thanks for confirming this information! You'll need the S795-22 Channel Balance with a 22C stamp. You'll need to hold on to the 15-194 should so that you can swap them out for the 15-195 shoe that comes assembled on the balance.

Since your channel has a hook at the top of it, there is a chance that this may need to be a custom assembly. Although, that may not be the case if your are able to use our 26-200 Balance Screw Plug. It will only work if the installation hole where the hook gets attached at the top of the window is square in shape.
