Pivot Shoe for Spiral Spring Alside Window

Question

Part is 1/2" thick x 1-1/4" Wide x 2" High
I do not have the window model or serial numbers but they are approx. 15 years old and I need only one block but would purchase two

Thanks for posting. Many Alside windows have used our 15-188 in the past, but I'm not sure if this is what you have. I highly recommend going over our pictures and information to confirm.
