Pivot Shoe for double sash windows

Hi, I'm looking to replace all balances for 8 windows. I've measured out the balances so all set there. the pivot shoes i'm not sure which i need. Also tilt latches, which of those I need. How do i measure and decide which for both?

Never mind about the pivot shoes, i don't think i need new ones, i just cleaned the existing sets. But please let me know if new shoes will actually make a difference.
I would also like to replace all of the wool/insulation around the windows but uncertain as to how to do this and what to buy...please let me know what you need from me to make a decision, thanks!

I'm glad you were able to fix the issue with your pivot shoes! New shoes may help, but it depends on all kinds of factors. If your existing shoes are totally undamaged then you should be okay.
