Pivot Shoe from a Super Seal Replacement window installed in 2005

Need to know what part to order to replace this piece from a Super Seal Replacement window installed in 2005. I am very confused looking at the hundreds of different types.

Hello, Kathy. I believe you can use our 15-216 as a replacement pivot shoe for your window. It is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. How does this compare to your own measurements?

Thanks Paul,
We have removed the broken shoe. it is 1/2" thick but measures 1-1/8" wide. here are clearer pictures of the shoe.
