Pivot Shoe needed for Certainteed window

I have several Certainteed windows that have a broken pivot shoe. Can you suggest a replacement part for this. I only need the pivot shoe but I included the whole assembly in the pics for your awareness. Thanks!!!

Take a look at our 15-192 certainteed pivot shoe and see if this will replace your current shoe.
