Pivot Shoe not working

I purchased the 15-047 pivot shoe worked on the bottom window but when you turn it around for the top window the little tab inside the black insert is on the wrong end.

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. I don't know what the problem is, exactly. What do you mean when you say you turn it around for the top window? You shouldn't have to turn it around. It would install the same way as it would for the bottom window.

I`am sorry not turn the pivot shoe around but when I insert the window into the black clip the bottom window fits in the black isert with the tab inside on the top.

when you you do the top window the tab inside the black isert needs to be on the bottom for the window to fit in the insert.

Do they make the black insert with the tab inside on the bottom.

By black tab, do you mean the round black cam which accepts the pivot bar? I'm still confused. I think at this point it would be best if you take a few pictures of where you're having the problem and upload them to this thread. That will give us a better idea of what you have and what the solution could be. Thanks!
