Pivot Shoe replacement

I can't decide if I need the part #15-134 or #15-212.

Thanks for writing in. It really comes down to dimensions. You need to remove your pivot shoe from the window, measure its width and thickness (the two most critical pivot shoe dimensions), and compare those measurements to what's listed for both the 15-134 and 15-212.
