Pivot Shoe replacement

A handy person from Aiken, SC says:
Accompanying this email is a photo of the pivot shoe from our MW Windows TwinSeal sash that was installed in our new home in 2000.

Without buying the expensive jamb spreaders or following the directions in SWISCO's YouTube video on how to cut the jamb so that the shoe can be removed, I can't see all of the pivot shoe or a part number and therefore cannot send you a photo of the shoe taken out.

Can you identify from this photo and recommend SWISCO's replacement part number?
