Thanks for posting. See our 15-175 Coil Balance Shoe. This Pivot Shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. 

If there are no markings on the coil springs, you will need to weigh your window sash to know the specific balances to select. The coil balances are distinguished by the amount of weight they are meant to support. For example, the S152-5 Coil Spring is meant to hold 5 lbs. So if your window weighed 20 lbs, you would need (4) S152-5 Coil Springs total, with two on either side of your window sash, so that both sides equally supported 10 lbs of weight for a total of 20 lbs of support.
