Pivot Shoe and Pivot Shoe Cutout trim

A home owner from Manassas, VA says:
Parts are from Home-Guard or Home Guard winodws (was a sister company to installer Home Kim, company is now defunct per installer) Pivot shoe has marking "610C" WInodws installed in 2007.

WIll need to replace some spiral spring balances as well, upper sash (22.5 lbs) is 32" x 3/8 and lower sash (24.0 lbs) is 34" x 3/8". The colored plastic tips were missing on the balances.

Your pivot shoes aren't made anymore, but you can use our 15-118 as a replacement. This will connect to the old pivot bar and balances the same way, so you won't notice a difference.

As for the balances, based on your measurements I would go with the S900-32 and S900-34. With no color tips, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm which one to go with. We have a chart on each balance store page that tells you exactly how much weight each option supports.

We do not sell the cut out cover, unfortunately.
