I have a REHAU k 602135-R00 Tilt-In Window with a Spiral Balance System. The pivot shoe and pin have snapped off the base and I'm having trouble finding the right replacement parts.

Thanks so much for reaching out. This shoe looks like it might be a match for either our 15-218 or 15-220. Look these two parts over and see which one appears to be the closer match. Removal of the original will likely be necessary to verify.
