Pivot Shoes

Hope you can help identifying the type of shoe I need. The part housing the cam is 5/8" thick when measured front to the back of the white plastic that appears to hold the cam in. It's 1 1/4" wide.

I was browsing your website and was wondering if I can just order/replace the cam instead of the whole piece. Though, the cam I have seems to have a stop at the back so it won't fall through if the sash is removed, but the only cams I see sold separately on your site look like they have a stop toward the front.
