Please identify this pivot shoe,. It is for a 5/8 19" Series 600 Spiral Tilt window Balance in 40 year old aluminum porch window. All the windows will not stay in place due to broken shoes.

The dimensions are: H-1 and 15/16; D-9/16 and W-1 and 4/16.

Could you double check those dimensions for us? We don't carry a pivot shoe with those exact measurements. We recommend measuring an undamaged pivot shoe to get the most accurate measurement.
