Pivot Shoes

Question

I am trying to indemnify the right pivot shoe for my tilt windows.
I bought your S770 28 Balanced which was perfect for the window ,
but I noticed the pivot shoes are beginning to wear down.
I am providing you guys with pictures of the pivot shoes that came
out with the measurements that I took. Thank you for your help asap.
I measured 2"Height / 1/2" Thick / 1" Wide.

Hello there. This might be an older version of our 15-167, but please double-check the dimensions, particularly the width and thickness of the shoe, and see if it matches what you need.
