Pivot Shoes

The pivot shoes on several of my windows broke and need to be replaced. My windows are about 20 years old and have no idea of the part number but need a replacement part using the picture provided. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

To further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe removed from the window channel with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!
