Pivot Shoes for Double Hung windows where both sashes operate

A handy person from a house with very BAD windows says:
I ordered part 15-047 which seemed to match all diminutions. The problem is that the slot for the window to fit in does not come out far enough for the tab to insert into the slot. When you look at the first picture you can see that the new pivot shoe is inset where my broken ones protrude.

Your pivot shoe is an older style that is no longer being made but many of our customers have had success replacing it with our 15-070. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
