Can you please identify this pivot shoe for me. I installed these vinyl replacement windows about 15 years ago. The windows we operate most often are getting very hard to open.

Hey Stosh. This looks like either our 15-178 or 15-188. You'll need to remove it from the window and compare the width and thickness dimensions to both parts to confirm. See the video below for details as to how one removes and replaces pivot shoes.
