Pivot Shoes replacement

Question

Need to replace the pivot shoes, can you identify for me. These are the original windows in my home built in 1999 by Pulte homes. I'm enclosing photos. I'm a second time buyer from you. I have watched your install videos

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we can't determine what you need with the hardware still installed. We would need to start by seeing an intact pivot shoe fully removed from the window. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe to narrow down your options. Thank you!
