Pivot Shoes replacement

Question

Can you please help me identify which is the correct pivot shoe replacement for old pivot shoes attached in photos?  Pivot Shoes, 3/8" Thick Are too thin for my window frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't garner precise dimensions from a photo of a tape measure. I'd be happy to find a replacement pivot shoe for you, but we require the dimensions to be written out precisely in your response.

Note that at this time the only dimensions we require are width and thickness. Height doesn't really matter for our purposes.
