Pivot shoes and spiral balances jam quite often. WD-40 helped in the short term but now there seems to gummy residue building up.
Do you have shoes and balances for these Crystal windows?

Hi there, Thomas.
It looks like you have a tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind, take a look at our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. My recommendation for the pivot shoe would be either the 15-178 or 15-188 depending on the dimensions. Look these parts over and let me know if you have any questions.
