Pivot Show identification please help - Thanks!

Contractor from Dauphin Island, Alabama
Hello folks, I've just registered but have ordered previously as a guest. You are my go-to source for this stuff! I'm hoping you can point me to the correct pivot blocks for a whole house full of windows (photos attached) this is a heritage home built in 2005. The window frames are vinyl and require cutting to replace the pivots as shown in your excellent video. My main confusion is that the pivots shown with blue cams are all 1.25" wide and mine is 1" wide. Please recommend what I should order. Thank You!

Hey there,

We appreciate your for contacting us! When identifying the pivot shoes, the most important information we use is the measurements of the shoe. Different manufacturers use different colored shoe cams, so they aren't always an indication of the replacement you need.

That said, take a look at our 15-045, 15-134, 15-211, and 15-212. Take a look over the dimensions for each of them to determine if any of them could work as a replacement. You'll especially want to compare the width and the thickness of the shoe.
