Pivot Window Support

Question

Need some help, my pivot window will not stay up. It looks like I have a couple of broken plastic parts that the spirals latch onto. Can you review and let me know if the pictures are good enough to establish what parts they are.

Based on your photos, it appears that your width may be the standard 1-1/4" wide. Depending on the thickness, you may want to go with either our 15-178 or 15-188 pivot lock shoe. Take a look at both of these and let us know if either of these could work for you.
