Pivot arms for Casement windows

I am looking for top and bottom pivot arms for Simonton casement windows. The black plastic "shoe" that slides in the track are broken off the metal plate at the ends. It looks like the plastic was molded right onto the metal shoe. The shoe is permanently riveted to the pivot arm.
