Pivot balance shoe

Question

I have a broken pivot balance shoe that needs replacement. I think the part I need is 15-213. The balance is a coil up. Ive attached a picture of the worn out shoe as well as one which appears to be in working condition. Thanks!

I don't think the 15-213 is a match. This is used in a totally different kind of balance system. Yours looks more like our 15-175, but I highly recommend removing your shoe from the window to confirm. That way, you can get a better look at what you have and take more accurate measurements.
