Pivot bar

Landlord from Allentown, pa
This pivot bar is riveted on a window pro's window, I need several. I also need the coil balancers for these windows, the sash weighs 23lb. I'm pretty handy, I'd drill out the rivets and use self drilling screws to attach a new one. These coil balancers are a unit that appears to screw into the main window frame.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry your exact pivot bar but review the dimensions of our 26-407 to see if this might work as a replacement. We can't guarantee that this would work since the end is a different style but it would be our best replacement option at this time.

As for your coil balance assembly, we would need to see photos of the entire assembly, including the pivot shoe that the pivot bar engages with, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. I would recommend starting by removing your coil balance assembly from the window to compare to the S140-12, which will support a window sash between 23-24.99 lbs.
